 In 2001 Holiday on Ice created 'Efteling on Ice' for the fairytale amusement park "De Efteling" in The Netherlands which was awarded with the prestigious IAAPA 'Big E Award'. Fox Kids and Nickelodeon also chose to join forces with Holiday on Ice. This resulted in unique shows where popular figures such as Eek! the Cat, Bob the Builder, SpongeBob Square Pants and The Rugrats both literally and figuratively stole the show on the ice.
